About this course
The Basics of Pulse Milling programme is designed to develop industry-ready professionals capable of handling pulse procurement, cleaning, grading, storage, dal milling, packaging, quality control, food safety and pulse-based entrepreneurship. The curriculum combines traditional Bharatiya pulse-processing practices with modern dal-milling technologies and digital business tools. It is designed around skill development, entrepreneurship promotion, rural industrialisation, startup creation and employment generation.
